Hello, everyone. I’m Sunny. I come from Suqian, a city located in the north of Jiangsu. In 2017, our city won the honor of ”National Civilized and Healthy City”. We were proud of that because we spent 3 years getting the achievement. Almost every citizen participated in the process. In all, Suqian is a beautiful city to enjoy life which deserves to be visited.

 As most Star Students have talked about why they learn English or their hobbies, I decide to show you my childhood, a free and relaxed time. My little sister ,brother and I lived with my grandparents in a countryside. That was a peaceful village. We usually watched cartoons in CCTV1 while we had meals after school. Then, we needed to herd the sheep for about half an hour. When we put the sheep in woods, we could play games, chatted and climb trees, etc. After that, we went back home and did our homework. 

At that time, we just needed to do what our teachers asked us to do, no extra training institution.So, maybe I’m lucky to be born at that time. As you know, children nowadays are so tired and their pressure is much higher. They go to school at the age of 3 and need to do more homework, even attend the training courses after school. No way ,that is social reality.
