大家好，我是Lydia，很荣幸担任本周的明星学员，时间他的腿可真够长的，脚步好快，不觉间在World学习已经一年多的时间了，无论是从迷你课、沙龙课还是增值课我都学到了很多的知识。

 

马丁路德金在他的自传里说过这样一段话：人生最痛苦的事，莫过于不断努力但梦想永远无法实现，而我们的人生正是如此。令人欣慰的是，我听见时间长廊另一端有个声音说，" 也许今天无法实现，明天也不能。重要的是，它在你心里。重要的是，你一直在努力。"

 

 

 

来沃尔得之前我一直就有想学习英语的想法，但是一直没有勇气去实践，因为以前在学校的时候英语就不是很好，所以信息比较匮乏。一次很偶然的机会在地铁口碰到了沃尔得的工作人员，详细了解了这边的授课模式和师资力量之后发现挺适合自己的，就跟工作人员去中心实地的体验了一下课程，体验完觉得这里就是我想要的那种学习的环境，所以果断报名了。

 

在沃尔得学习的这段时间内，我收获的不仅仅是英语这门语言，更多的是收获了一帮志同道合的朋友！他们朋友也在这里学的很好，也在不断的给我鼓励和正能量，这里的一切都带动着我不断克服自己，不断前进着！

Hello everyone，I am Lydia. I am honored to be this star student. I am very happy to introduce myself to you. I am from Suxian. It is a beautiful tour city, I grew up in a family with love. There are 3 people in my family. My parents are self-employed. 

 

And about me, I have graduated for three years, I didn’t learn English well at university. Although it is not used in the work now, but still think that learning a foreign language is very important, so I chose to come to World.

 

Sometimes I prefer to stay alone, reading，listening to music. After six months of study，My oral English has made remarkable progress. Now I prefer to watch some English movies to improve my English。

 

Last but not least，I want to thank my tutor Celine. She is very gentle and patient. She helps me a lot in learning English. Even though I'm afraid to open my mouth, I'm afraid to make mistakes，she always encourages me，pushes me，praises me and make me more confident. 

 

When I encounter problems, she is always patient and timely to solve them for me. I am glad she is my tutor. Thank you Celine, thank you World. I need to keep working hard.
