那些终极的梦想，其实大部分是很难以实现的，但在追逐梦想的时候，会找到一个更好的自己，一个沉默努力充实安静的自己，会因为自己所做的事情而觉得充实，我认为就是成功了，不一定非要达到最终的目标。

对我而言，努力学习英语的意义，就是为了有资格站在更高的角度看世界、看自己。
 

Hello, everyone. I’m Cass. How time flies, it has been one year since I learned spoken English in WORLD. The greatest improvement is that I have the courage to show myself. I would like to thank Mary for helping me with the course schedule. And I'd also like to thank others for guiding me to communicate in English and giving me feedback and corrections.

那么接下来，我将会和你们分享帮助我自己提高英语的三大核心经验：阅读，思考和重复。

Reading

 

You must keep reading in class or at home so that you can strengthen the memory. Paste your English materials on the wall and read it loudly every day. That will deepen your impression on the vocabulary, phrase and sentence.

 

你必须在家里在课上都保持阅读的习惯，这样你才可以加强记忆。你可以把一些英语材料贴在墙上并且每天大声朗读。这样可以加深对于词汇，短语和句子的印象。

Thinking

 

There will be some new knowledge in your mind. Keeping thinking at any time can separate bad learner from good learner. I often think when I’m doing Taijiquan every morning. You can think how to organize your ideas for what you see, which will help you to learn to think in English and connect to what you have learned together.

 

在你的脑中总会有新的知识。那么是否随时思考可以把好学的学生和不好学的区别开来。每天早上我打太极的时候就经常思考。你可以把见到某些事物的想法整理一下，这样会帮助你用英语去思考，然后和你学过的英语联系起来。

Repetition

 

A very important point for me is repeated practice, whether skiing, skating or learning. You know that to be good at anything you have to practice every day, even if you are very busy that day. Keep trying, and eventually you will find you have a good progress.

 

对于我来说，不管是滑雪，溜冰还是学习，很重要的一点就是重复性练习。要知道，你如果想要变得擅长做一件事，你需要每天都练习，哪怕某一天你非常忙。要坚持，最终你会发现自己取得了巨大的进步。This is what I want to share with you. Maybe this will be very difficult at first, but stick with it. Increasingly, you will have a good foundation for communicating with others. Though it won’t turn you into a good speaker overnight, but it will get you started on the path to learning how to speak.

 

Just take your time and do it.

 

这是我想和大家分享的。也许在一开始会非常难，但是坚持做。慢慢的，你会有和他人沟通的良好基础。尽管你不能一夜之间就能把英语说的非常好，但是可以开启你学习说英语的路。

 

可以慢慢来，但要坚持去做。
